We collect only what you type into our forms and basic, privacy-friendly analytics about how pages are used. We never sell your information.

What do we collect?

• Shortlist requests: your name, work email, firm name, firm size, roles needed, timing, software and any notes you add.
• Calculator inputs: stay in your browser and in the page address. They are not sent to us.
• Analytics: page views, referrers and device type, used to improve the site. We do not use advertising cookies.

How do we use it?

To reply to your request, to introduce you to up to three providers you approve, and to improve our content. Form submissions are delivered to us through a form-processing service that stores them only as long as needed to deliver them.

Who do we share it with?

Only the providers you approve for an introduction, and the service companies that run this site (hosting, form delivery, email). We do not sell or rent personal information.

How can you see, change or delete your data?

Email hello@offshoreshortlist.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Will this policy change?

If it does, we will update the date at the top of this page.
